Tonight's Treehouse

So... I'm a sucker for a treehouse!  I have been ever since I watched Swiss Family Robinson for the first time as a child.  Since then, I have dreamt of them & sought them out constantly to feed my imagination.  Tonight this one's on my mind :)  I found it on Adventure Journal, and it's available to rent on Airbnb!

The treehouse is located in the heart of Atlanta and can be rented for $275 a night!  When can I go!  The house consists of 3 rooms connected by rope bridges, and has a double bed that can be wheeled out onto a platform if you want to sleep outside overlooking the stream.  It's a perfect, private Neverland!  Check out the pics below...

Product I LOVE - Murad Renewing Eye Cream

I'm what you would call a product junkie... have been for as long as I can remember.  Because your eyes are one of the first things people see, a good eye cream is tremendously important.  Not only does a good eye cream help prevent and combat signs of aging, it also makes the skin around your eyes softer so any concealer glides and blends much nicer.

A few months back I received a sample of this eye cream when visiting the Murad Spa.  I have sensitive skin and it felt great, no irritation.  The cream is a "triple-action" treatment, so it helps diminish fine lines, dark circles and puffiness.  Obviously all of this sounds great, but the proof is in the pudding.

Soon after I started to use this cream I had a trade show in NYC and I was up countless nights prepping.  When I arrived in NYC I had only slept 10 hours in 4 days and was exhausted!    I could hardly keep my eyes open.  To my surprise my coworkers all commented on the fact that I didn't look tired at all, and wanted to know how that was possible?  I told them it must have been the new eye cream I was using.... who knew!  As soon as I got home from the trip I immediately finished my sample and ordered the cream online.  I love it,  and treat my eyes with it every morning :)  It's a new favorite!

Valentino Spring 2015 Ready to Wear

Inspired by The Grand Tour, the Valentino Spring 2015 collection is reminicent of a fairy tale.    I'm a sucker for pretty, delicate things and this collection is full of them.  Using both rich & pastel shades of blues, greens, reds and pinks, the collection is full of romance.

While some of the looks feel baroque inspired and almost regal, others are reminiscent of gypsy peasants and even ethereal mermaids.  The prints are beautiful, bold and detailed, and all of the fabrication in the is light, flowing and airy.  There are delicate sequins, intricate beading and garments embroidered with millions of tiny feathers.

Perfect denim, white broderie anglaise cottons and hand painted fabrics round out a collection that is nothing short of inspired magic.  Stunning!

Well Hello...

It feels odd to start blogging without introduction, and equally odd to offer one.  Therefor... I'm going to do so short and sweet :)  Here are the things that I LOVE, the things that I WANT, and the things that I think women NEED to know (or know how to do).  Things to make you, and your home feel "Cleaned up Nicely".
